In Athens Technology Center (ATC), we believe that learning must be accessible everywhere and always, combined with the best experience possible. For that matter, we partnered with Blackboard, the leading global provider of LMS platforms and training tools tailored to the needs of educational institutions of all levels, and offer these innovative solutions to Greece and Cyprus.
The official announcement of this partnership was held on June 19th, in a private and focused event, hosted in the rather cozy environment of the Athens City Museum. At least 20 representatives of the leading educational institutions of Greece honored us with their presence and lively discussed their views on the future of their industry.
During the business meeting, we were proud to have key stakeholders of the educational sector in Greece sharing the benefits and the value that Blackboard solutions have already brought in their organizations. Namely, Mr. Dimitrios Andreou, Vice President of Administration and Enrollment at Deree the American College of Greece, Mr. Dimitrios Tolias, Director of E-learning and Faculty at the Hellenic American University, Mr. John Lambrinos, IT Trainer at CTI Diophantus, and Mr. Kostas Nakos, Co-Founder and Executive Director at Cosmolearn presented their own experiences on social learning through collaborative content development, personal communication and knowledge sharing, in a secure environment.
Last but not least, our close partners from Blackboard, Mr. Nicolas Albouze, Chanel Manager Europe and Mr. Marek Zawadzki, Solutions Engineer gave their inspiring tone with their presentations on transforming the educational experience.
